At Dar Al-Bayt we do not sell square metres; we hand over a finished home. Natural Ma'an stone on every facade, double thermal and acoustic insulation, smart wiring, and a parking bay, wardrobes and storeroom with every unit. We follow each project from building permit to title deed at the Department of Lands, and we keep the delivery date written in the contract.
Direct title deed
The unit is registered in the owner's name at the Department of Lands and Survey on handover.
Ten-year warranty
Structural warranty on frame and insulation, two years on finishes and installations.
Flexible payments
A two-stage plan: down payment plus construction-linked instalments, or bank financing.
